I just came back from a short but super beautiful trip with Linda Farrow to Dubai and the Maldives and even though I haven’t found the time to look through all the pictures yet, I decided to upload a few of them, just to show you what we’ve been up to in paradise. ONE & ONLY RESORT REETHI RAH
In today’s post I want to share with you more about my time on the Maldives. The first two nights I stayed with Linda Farrow at the One & Only Resort Reethi Rah. Even though we arrived with only two hours of sleep (short distance red-eye flight ;)), the beauty of the island was overwhelming. The crystal clear water, the wild palm trees and the stylish bungalows. As Alex and I both love photography so much, we bought a drone in Dubai and couldn’t wait to take some pictures from new perspectives. Even though we only had two days, I tried to capture as much as possible to give you an idea about this heaven on earth. My highlights were seeing the sharks in the night, eating at the Botanic restaurant (happy veggie ;)), waking up early to see the sunset from our ocean villa and watching open air movies during sunset. Looking back I can’t believe how much we’ve seen and experienced in only two days!
FOUR SEASONS RESORT LANDAA GIRAAVARU
After four exciting days with Linda Farrow, I felt lucky to spend two extra days on the Maldives. I had an important appointment in Germany, but at least we had two additional days and as I’ve been dreaming about visiting the Four Seasons Resort Landaa Giraavaru and, therefore, I was the happiest kid to take the seaplane for two extra days at the FS. As my friends Xenia and Jürgen were also part of the Linda Farrow trip, we decided to go to the FS Maldives together which was the best idea ever. I’m n very active person and it was so fun to spend two days with another couple. We went out for dinner together, watched sunsets from our ocean villa and explored the beautiful island with our bikes. The bikes even had our names on it – It was super cute! As I just arrived from the Maldives, there are still so many pictures I need to select and edit so I’ll will update this post in the upcoming days and share even way more with you! xx Leonie
